A Day in the Life
I am endeavouring to live every day as if it were a complete life.Seneca, Letters to Lucilius 101.10 (tr. Richard M. Gummere):
id ago ut mihi instar totius vitae dies sit.
Therefore, my dear Lucilius, begin at once to live, and count each separate day as a separate life.
ideo propera, Lucili mi, vivere, et singulos dies singulas vitas puta.
